Q: "Can you send me your catering packages and pricing?"

A: All of our menus are created custom for our clients, therefor we do not have standard packages.  We would be happy to create a menu unique to you!

Q: "How much would a wedding for 150 guests cost?"

A: Price depends on many factors: menu choices, service style, enhancements, venue, and number of guests.  Our average wedding menus begin at around $60 per person.

Q: "What is included in the price per person?"

A: All labor and food cost is included in the per person price.  Standard CT State Tax is additional.

Q: "Is linen included?"

A: Linen is additional, but don't worry, we help with that too!

Q: "Who is responsible for set up and clean up?"

A: We are!

Q: "I have special dietary needs, can you accommodate?"

A: Of course.  We offer gluten free, dairy free, nut free- and any other ingredient free options that you require.  Please make sure to let us know so that we can plan accordingly.

Q: "What is your payment schedule?"

A:  A deposit amount of $1,000 is due at the time of signing your contract.  45 days prior to your event, 50% of your anticipated balance is due.  Final payment is required 5 days prior to your event.

Q: "Do you accept credit cards?"

A:  Yes, of course.  However, there is a 3% processing fee applied to credit card transactions.  Cash and personal checks are welcome as well.

Q:  "What happens to the left-over food?"

A: You are welcome to provide take away containers for any left over food, which we are happy to pack up for you.

Q: "What happens to left over beer, wine and alcohol?"

A: All alcohol beverages remain the property of OTSC.

Q:  "Do you provide wedding cakes as well?"

A:  OTSC has a fantastic pastry chef who is happy to prepare your sweet treats for your special day.

Q:  "What do you require to bring the mobile kitchen?"

A:  Our Mobile Kitchen needs space!  We are about 63 feet truck and trailer, and need ample, level space to park.  We also need electricity- 220volt, 50amps.  In cases where electricity is not available, we will run our generator for power.  Not all events require the use of the mobile kitchen, sometimes we use our smaller 16 foot trailer instead!

Q: "I have a crazy idea...."

A:  Yes. Whatever the idea is, yes.  The crazier, the better, we want to hear it!

Q: "How long have you been in business?"

A: OTSC started in 2008, though Chef has been cooking since he was a wee lad and Stacy has been planning parties since she was just ten years old.
