I just wanted to write you guys a little email that maybe you can use as a review!

I am writing to share my sincerest thanks to On the Spot Catering, LLC for catering my wedding on October 10, 2015 at Preston Ridge Vineyard. From our very first meeting, Stacy and John immediately understood my vision for my wedding day and embraced all of the specific ideas that I had for my day. In meeting with other caterers, I was often directed towards more traditional approaches to wedding food and felt completely misunderstood.

Upon meeting with Stacy and John, they were not intimidated by my creative ideas but were excited to help bring my vision to life! Throughout the whole process, OTSC was very responsive to my needs. I felt supported by the OTSC staff, especially in the few weeks leading up to the wedding. Every detail was planned just as I wanted and any input that I offered was immediately woven into the event.

On the day, I could not have asked for a more seamless execution. Any issues that arose during the day were not visible or known to myself or any of my guests. The OTSC staff adapted to the challenges of the day and the event went off perfectly. All of the food that was offered was delicious and received rave reviews by my guests. The staff was courteous, friendly and my guests were very impressed with the service that was given.

I would recommend On the Spot Catering to anyone planning an event, large or small. The service, responsiveness and individualized planning is second to none and so very appreciated. Thank you again to John, Stacy and the whole OTSC team for making our day perfect in every way!

Dear John and Stacy:

 First, I want to say THANK YOU to both of you for your outstanding service at my daughter and son-in-law's wedding on June 27th.  I cannot even begin to convey to you both how pleased my husband and I and Jess and Brendan were.  John, you should be awarded for your outstanding food. I am glad it has taken me some time to finally sit and write this because I have run into many people as well as received phone calls in the last month about the wedding; and there are two things that have been boasted about the most - one is THE FOOD! It was simply amazing, right down to the cheese and cracker table! Which, I am so sorry I did not get to see. I am sure I will hopefully see it in pictures though. We had people tell us, that do not like pork, that the pulled pork was out of this world. People also raved about the mac and cheese as well as the appetizers!  I only wished I had time to have seconds!! Stacy, I cannot even begin to thank you enough (I have tears as I type this) for your utmost professionalism and going above and beyond to make my daughter feel as special as a princess that day. You were truly truly amazing. I also would like to thank you and your staff from the bottom of my heart for taking such care in the decorating. That was the second thing most boasted about. I know it must have been a tedious task making sure all the confetti was flipped the correct way!! And so, I thank you again!! The tables looked just perfect! I also want you to know that I never ever had any doubt that you wouldn't make it beautiful! I am sure you are used to the nerves of a bride on that day. I am still getting compliments as to how professional you were, how awesome all of your staff was, compliments on the table runners and how organized the day was. I loved that you took control and the fact that I absolutely had not a worry in the world that day. I am sure in the coming months when I attend the next few picnics/parties, I will hear more and I wish I could tell you everything that is said. But I will continue to soak it all in as it has made me feel like the luckiest Mom in the world that we found you and your Dad. I will continue to give your name out in hopes that people call you and get to experience what I did, because I truly do not believe it would have been as magical as it was were it not for you and your Dad. SO THANK YOU AGAIN FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART FOR MAKING ONE OF THE MOST IMPORTANT DAYS IN MY LIFE SO AWESOME!

"My son's wedding was at a farm that was not set up as a wedding venue, so the site had many challenges. John metwith us to problem solve and made suggestions for how to make the serving and of the food attractive and manageable for the staff. We used all of his ideas and the wedding was just wonderful! In addition, John spoke and met with my son's fiancee for several hours planning out the menu. Everything was fresh, tasty, and received great reviews from the guests. The hors d'oeuvres table was attractively displayed and the passed hors d'oeuvres were delicious. I highly recommend the pears in filo dough. The entrees and side dishes were very well prepared and prepared on site. The servers were pleasant, efficiently circulating among the guests.  On The Spot catering went above and beyond every step of the way and I'd highly recommend John Giacchi to cater your event."

Hi,     I just attended a wedding reception at "The Barn". You and your staff deserve a medal. The food was excellent and the service was great.  The girls and guys that were running around in all that heat to get the food out must have been wiped out at the end of the day. Thank you so much for catering our wedding and rehearsal dinner. The food was absolutely perfect. Thank you for working with us on creating a menu that was within our budget, and beyond our expectations, and for coming so far with your travelling kitchen. We felt incredibly relaxed knowing that dinner was in the best of hands. Time after time, we were astonished by how you all went above and beyond to make the day special for us. Even though it was the hottest day of the summer and we chose a location without any air conditioning, you all were very positive and reassuring. The heart shaped ice sculpture center piece you brought for the hors d'oeuvre table was wonderfully unexpected and helped to keep us all cool. You are the best and what you do and I look forward to the rest of my friends getting married because I know they will ask for you and I'll be able to experience another Giacchi dinner. To the entire Giacchi Family, Our wedding was absolutely perfect: The Vineyard at Tunnel Road, September 19, 2009-not a cloud in the sky and 70 degrees-we couldn’t have ordered a more perfect day! What we did order was a “Tuscany at Sunset” menu from On The Spot Catering.  What we got was much, much more.  From the moment we met John Giacchi, who traveled many miles to bring us a sample menu, we knew he was the perfect fit for our perfect day.  He took our basic idea and created a masterpiece. On the days preceding our wedding, his daughter, Stacy, went above and beyond to ensure we had no worries on the big day.  She even, unbeknownst to us, coordinated with our florist and enhanced our design scheme, not only making the presentation beautiful, but saving us a delivery fee by picking up all the flowers for the bridal party as well…truly amazing! After the ceremony, when David and I walked into the tent we were blown away! The food display was astounding and John had incorporated an ice sculpture with a vineyard theme, deliciously overwhelmed with a display of exquisite imported meats and cheeses.  We looked further to find an awe-inspiring array of bruscetta and incredible antipasto. On the Spot was not finished! John was in his vehicle making crepes for the main course: Cannelloni-2 varieties, Spinach and Ricotta, and  Beef, Pork and Veal! Absolutely unbelievable cuisine! It isn’t often that “wedding food” is memorable, however, each and every one of our guests delighted and commented on how extraordinary the food was. I truly cannot express in words how special the Giacchi family made our day! When I arrived at the Vineyard for the ceremony, John’s wife, Pat, greeted me like a daughter and I knew right then it would be second to none, and it was. I am still receiving e-mails praising On the Spot Catering and the ever-talented Giacchi family. So, Thank you, Thank you! You have made an unforgettable memory for us and we will always be grateful! Hi! I am Bonnie Kuczynski, mother of the groom.....I just HAVE to tell you how thrilled we all are with AWESOME job you and your family/staff did at what was I'm sure one of the most challenging events you've probably ever encountered! With the torrential rain and the flooding of the tent, thunder & lightning.....you pulled it off without a hitch!  Even with the postponing of everything you managed to get everything done, and done to perfection!  I have heard nothing but 100% positive comments about the food and the professionalism that you all delivered.  The meal was excellent!  Everyone raved about the Chicken and the Prime Rib! But they also comment on how excellent the garlic mashed potato's were and how the veggies were perfect! NOT mushy or over-done! I am a firm believer in giving credit where credit is due, and you ALL deserve a huge pat on the back!  We will not hesitate to recommend you! JOB WELL DONE!!!  Feel free to post this under your "Comments" section of your website.
